The Meditation Guide is live on-line at Amazon as an e-book and its print counterpart will be up within the week. Whew! I have been working steadily and gotten so much done but am missing blogging on my sites.

This small guide is for the beginner - absolute beginner!
It contains chapters on the Why? How? When? of meditation as well as many useful sample meditations. There is a large section on crystals and their uses also and for anyone interested in the circlets, this book contains information on the care and feeding of your circlet.
Also I have now (I think) worked some of the bugs out of my store and it should be functioning.
I will be (if the UPS co operates and delivers my books on time) at the Dawson Creek Library next Saturday November 23rd to sell books and circlets, as well as sign the books although the real book launch will be in January. Exciting stuff for the new author!
But I will try not to neglect y'all anymore! I promise.
